At Montage Memorabilia getting your item to you safe and secure is imperative to us.

 

All of our items are sent out using DPD's Next Day service which gives every customer full tracking details to track the item from the moment it's posted until it reaches the destination, you'll receive a text message updates also with your delivery time slot.

For WORLDWIDE Delivery we use Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed For service or we can use DHL Express, although this is a lot more expensive for the buyer.

​

This also ensures your item is FULLY insured to its maximum value.

 

In the process of shipping, Montage Memorabilia take the highest level of care to ensure all products are packaged and shipped safely to ensure every item will be damage free upon arrival to you.

We make every effort to handle, pack and ship your item within 2/3 days of purchase, however delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If you receive the goods damaged, please email contact@montagememorabilia.com within 48 hours of the delivery.

 

You must notify us of any unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within the same time frame.

If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition.

Items are returned at buyers own risk, so we advise you use a tracked service and insure it for cost of goods to protect against any potential damage in transit.
